3 Day Retreat!

Stepping Stones for Older Bones

November 27-29, 2009

Benefits to Participants:

·       Develop a strong awareness of themselves and their surroundings

This three day retreat provides:  

On site room and board,

All meals and snacks, and drinks for each participant. 

The first session begins promptly at 10:00 am, Friday, November 27.

The final session ends at 12-1 pm on Sunday, November 29th.

Notebooks, materials and supplies will be provided for each participant upon arrival.  

**Each participant must provide their own towels and toiletries.
